Areas of Work
As a Clinical Psychologist, I help clients to understand the impact of events they have experienced and to overcome distress. This can include abuse, anxiety, bereavement, burnout, depression, eating difficulties, personality difficulties, sexual issues, stress, trauma, work problems, and many more.
Target Driven
Within my practice, clients create goals to ensure that their work is focussed, time-limited, and quantifiable. For example, 'to no longer feel scared or triggered in certain situations', or 'to move on from a certain time in my life'. This empowers people to track their progress and measure tangible results.
